It was founded in 2003 by Mr.Gopal Krishna, a serial entrepreneur & an enterprising millennial of the startup generation under proprietorship firm and converted into pvt Ltd in 2015 and takeover in the year 2020 by existing promotors.

Dr. N. Srinivasa Rao — Chairman
Dr. N. Srinivasa Rao, a distinguished civil engineer and visionary leader, serves as the Chairman of Akshara Engineering Innovations Pvt. Ltd. With over 15 years of exemplary service under the undivided Andhra Pradesh State Government as a Civil Engineer, he has earned recognition for his technical expertise, meticulous execution of large-scale infrastructure projects, and unwavering commitment to quality and efficiency. His extensive experience in public works has provided him with deep insights into sustainable development, precision engineering, and effective project management.
As Chairman, he provides strategic direction and drives Akshara Engineering Innovations Pvt. Ltd. toward delivering innovative, reliable, and scalable engineering solutions. Under his leadership, the organization has strengthened its operational foundation, expanded manufacturing capabilities, and advanced its presence across diverse industry sectors. Mr. Adithya — Executive Director
Mr. Adithya, an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience in the banking sector, began his career with ICICI Bank and later advanced his expertise at Kotak Mahindra Bank. His extensive background in Retail branch banking, relationship management, and financial analysis equipped him with a deep understanding of business dynamics and strategic growth. Through his years in the financial industry, he developed a sharp acumen for operational efficiency, client engagement, and market expansion.
As Executive Director at Akshara Engineering Innovations Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Adithya leads the Domestic and International Sales and Marketing divisions, overseeing strategic partnerships and corporate collaborations. His focus on customer-centric growth and market diversification has been instrumental in driving Akshara’s presence across global markets. With a results-oriented mindset and a strong commitment to excellence, he continues to steer the company’s commercial vision, aligning innovation with sustained business growth.
Mr. Santhosh Kumar Macha (COO)
AKSHARA ENGINEERING INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED Mr. Santhosh believes in putting his dreams into action. A true proactive and dynamic individual, he took AKSHARA from a modest beginning in the year 2020. He is an Engineer & Master Business Administration (Bank & Finance) of the 1996 batch with a First Class. Under his able guidance and strong leadership qualities, AKSHARA flourished in the field of supply of Cable Tray and Support System to become a market leader. Mr. Santhosh Shifted to Hyderabad from Karimnagar in the year 1996 and Joined in Infrastructure Project Finance company and served 23 Years . In the year 2020, his calling – to become an Entrepreneur, and the fascination of leaving a legacy led to the inception of AKSHARA.
He has an experience of more than 23 years in the field of Design, Built, Finance, Operate and Transfers of National Projects and Manufacture of Building Materials. Providing quality products at the right cost, putting innovative ideas into practice and implementing new projects with confidence thereby ensuring customer satisfaction has been his core focus. He is forthright & honest and understands his business thoroughly. With appropriate strategies and sheer hard work and patience, Mr. Santhosh has taken AKSHARA to new heights and has made it a market leader today. His dream of implementing complete automation would soon be put into action.

CA Kiran Kumar Reddy Kavadapu (CFO)
CA Kiran Kumar Reddy Kavadapu is a highly accomplished financial expert with over a decade of diverse experience in accounting, auditing, and financial management. As a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2011, Kiran has a proven track record of delivering exceptional financial oversight and strategic insights.
Kiran began his career as a qualified paid assistant at a reputed chartered accountant firm in Hyderabad, where he managed the financial operations of several prominent clients. His dedication and expertise led him to co-found M/s AV and Associates in 2012, an audit firm that quickly gained recognition for its quality services. Under his leadership, the firm provided comprehensive auditing and consulting services until June 2016. In July 2016, Kiran established his own proprietorship, M/s KAVADAPU and Associates, further enhancing his expertise in financial analysis and risk management. As a Category IV member of the RBI panel of auditors, he has conducted statutory audits for major banks, including Indian Overseas Bank and Punjab National Bank, ensuring compliance and financial integrity.
Mr. Ananth Sai Kumar (Director)
Mr. Ananth Sai Kumar, with the passion of business in mind and entrepreneurship in his genes, he followed his father’s footsteps and joined in company in 2024. His core area is Planning, Finance and Administration. After joining the company, Mr. Ananth Sai Kumar focused on enhancement of production and now he is looking after the company’s complete Administration. He has executed turnkey projects and expertise in broad vision & core vision, benefited the company to flourish with the latest market trends.
